Item doesn’t fit? No worries at all! To start a return, please email customer service
All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from delivery date or your item can not be refunded. Shipping label purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.
Refunded through store credit only with shipping cost deducted.
Any and all pre-orders must be purchased separately from in stock items, or your order will not ship out until pre-order is in stock.
Items cannot be put on hold under any circumstances. Items are not able to be cancelled once processed through our system. Must be canceled within one hour of purchase.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, a claim will be filed and only store credit will be issued.
